Philodendron Billietiae variegated plug

🌿 Starter Plug tc Plant

This is a growers choice starter plug plant that requires 85%+ humidity to thrive — anything lower and the plant may wilt, so a humidity-controlled setup is a must. We carefully prepare and pack each plant to lock in moisture during transit and give it the best possible start.

✅ Live Arrival Guarantee

Our Live Arrival Guarantee is available exclusively on orders shipped overnight — no exceptions. This helps us ensure your plant arrives in the best possible condition.

• A little yellowing or leaf stress after the trip is completely normal and is not covered under this guarantee.

• Live arrival claims must include clear documentation (photos/video) showing the plant’s condition being doa upon arrival with overnight shipping.

• We highly recommend selecting overnight shipping at checkout.

• Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer live arrival coverage with any other shipping method.

🌱 A Note on TC (Tissue Culture) Plants

• TC plants can take a bit more care to acclimate compared to standard cuttings or mature plants.

• They thrive best in very high humidity environments.

• Humidity domes are available on our site to help set your new plant up for success!

💚 Order Changes, Returns & Cancellations

We begin prepping your order right away so we can get your plants to you as quickly as possible!

• Once we begin acclimating and separating your plants, we’re unable to return them to general inventory.

• Because these are live plants, we’re unable to offer refunds or accept returns, we appreciate you ordering carefully!

• By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

We appreciate your understanding of the time, care, and expertise that goes into producing healthy, well-established TC plants. Have questions before ordering? Just send us a message, we’re happy to help! 🌿
