FAQ

  • Shipping
    • We ship all of our plants from Atlanta Georgia. We usually ship on Mondays and Tuesdays unless overnight shipping is used, then they will go out Monday - Wednesday.
    • All orders take 7-10 days to ship out depending on how many orders we have to get through. An email with tracking will be sent out once your order is dropped off at the post office.
    • All plants are shipped in a moss and perlite mix, and will be packaged with bio degradable packing peanuts and other packing supplies to ensure the safety of the plant during shipping.
    • If you buy a plant that requires high humidity (begonias) it will be shipped in a humidity dome.
  • Plant Growing Conditions
    • Most of our plants are grown in 60-70% humidity under medium-bright indirect/shaded light. Some plants like anthuriums and begonias are grown in 80-90% humidity, the plant description will specify the exact humidity they are grown in.
    • We recommend that you do not repot your plant for 3-4 weeks after shipping. Shipping live plants puts stress on the plant and root system, and repotting can lead to root rot and yellowing leaves.
    • All plants are grown in moss and perlite, with slow release fertilizer added. All of our plants shipped out will not need to be fertilized for up to 2 months after shipping.
  • Live arrival guarantee
    • We have a live arrival guarantee if overnight shipping is used. Because of possible delays with 2-3 day shipping, we cannot guarantee live arrival. If something happens to the plant along the way, we will do our best to make it right as we strive for the best possible customer service.
    • Broken leaves and stems are inevitable and if a leaf or stem is broken it will not qualify for a refund, replacement, or reship. Although it rarely happens, it is possible with shipping live plants in the mail. We will do our best to pack as tightly and snug as possible to make sure you plant travels safe.
  • Returns
    • Please read our return policy, we do not offer refunds or returns unless you qualify for our live arrival guarantee.
  • Shipping Holds for bad weather
    • If you are experiencing bad weather in your area please send me a message and I can hold the plant for up to two weeks, otherwise the plant will be sent out and could possibly get damaged from cold/heat. I also offer heat packs for an extra cost.
