Plants are gorgeous. They are all doing well now & healthy. however, 2 of them came with contamination- an issue i have never dealt with before. I did my best but my knowledge was limited. I reached out expecting help and it took like 15 days for a response after 3 seperate attempts to contact. still, no advice was given. luckily I found some help online and did save them with the help of the community.
the contamination was in regards to TWO balloon hearts- no others were contaminated out of 14 individuals. If customer service was more responsive this would easily be a 5 start review.
